    • What are the delivery methods?

    We currently deliver to over 200 countries.

    For Metropolitan France, we offer delivery to:

      • Home delivery in 48H,
      • Home delivery in 24H,
      • Delivery to a pickup point in 48H,

    The package is shipped on the same day for any order placed before 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

    We deliver worldwide via DHL.

    We offer delivery to your chosen address within twenty (20) working days for delivery outside France from the date of validation of your order.

    We will send you an email or SMS notification, as well as the link to the carrier tracking link as soon as your package is deposited in logistics. You will be able to track the progress of your order via the link sent in the order confirmation email.

    • What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

    If your carrier is Colissimo, the package will be delivered directly to your home against signature. If you are not at home at that time, a notice of passage will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of passage as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You will then need to go to the indicated post office with the notice left by the postman and an ID to collect it. You then have 45 days to collect it, beyond which the package will be returned to us.

    • What is the deadline for collecting a package from a pickup point?

    Depending on the chosen pickup point, the collection times may vary:

      • If the pickup point is a post office, you can collect your product within fourteen (14) days,
      • If the pickup point is a store, you can collect your product within ten (10) days,
      • If the pickup point is a pick-up relay, you can collect your product within five (5) days.

    Beyond these deadlines, the package will be returned to us.

    • What should I do if I do not receive my order?

    If you still have not received your package after the announced deadlines and no notice of passage has been left, please check the status of your package by following the link you received by email. You can also contact customer service by email at the following address: service-client@letanneuretcie.com.

    • What should I do if my product is damaged or if I did not receive the ordered product?

    ARTICLE 2 • RETURN AND REFUND

  • I want to return my order
  • Returns are free in Metropolitan France. You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return an item to us.

    Returns are made by post only.

    To return your order, we invite you to follow the following steps:

    I want to make a return from my customer account

    1. Go to your customer account in the My Order tab, click on "make a return",
    2. Create a return request by selecting the product you want to return and the reason for your return,
    3. Insert the return slip inside your package that you downloaded after your return request,
    4. Stick the return label (only for orders in Metropolitan France) and drop it off at your post office.

     

    & nbsp;I want to make a return from the Le Tanneur portal

    1. Go to the return portal page and enter your order number (without zeros) and email address entered during the order,
    2. Create a return request by selecting the product you want to return and the reason for your return,
    3. Insert the return slip inside your package that you received with your order,
    4. Stick the return label (only for orders in Metropolitan France) and drop it off at your post office.

    Items must be returned new, unused, and with their intact LE TANNEUR label.

    We remind you that no return will be accepted without the delivery note in the package and without a prior request made on the site. For international orders (excluding Metropolitan France),
    costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.

    For the return address concerning orders
    international (outside Metropolitan France), we invite you to find it
    on the return portal.

    • How much does it cost me to return a product?

    If your product does not satisfy you:

      • We offer free returns in Metropolitan France using the prepaid return label included in the package,
      • Returns for international orders are at the customer's expense using the carrier of your choice. To facilitate reimbursement, we strongly advise you to use DHL.

    If your order is non-compliant (wrong item received, defective item), please go to the return portal and select the appropriate return reason.

    • What is the refund period?

    Your refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of your package by our logistics, directly to the payment method used to validate your order.
